I am passionate about delivering transformational and progressive talent acquisition and leadership development programmes which enable start-ups hire and grow the very best talent for maximum business impact. I wear a range of t-shirts: coach, advisor, ambassador, subject matter expert, thought leader and fixer. Good job I like t-shirts. For the past 25 years, helping startups to scale has been my constant career driving force; it grows ever stronger. Buried deep in a drawer, I’ve got an original dotcom boom t-shirt. Since then, I’ve transacted >500 senior hires for innovative companies, I’ve built international and new-market teams, hired a venture capital fund team, advised CEOs and founder teams and helped in-house talent leaders build and/or improve their TA and HR capability. As an extreme autodidact, my playbook is continuously improving; I love the process of learning that comes with helping entrepreneurial teams create and build. This tribe brings out the best version of me; helping them bring out the best versions of themselves is my personal motivational code.
